Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Shareholders can elect to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of all or part of their shareholding - The balance of the dividend (if any) will be paid in cash.

The DRP price is calculated as the weighted average price of all ordinary Elders shares sold on the stock market of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited during the 15 days of trading immediately following the Books Closing Date less the current discount of 2.5%. The DRP price is published on this site under the dividend information section.
